DeCast 600

DeCast 600 is a system to extract the workpiece cast in the arbor. Up to 20 arbors are placed on the support in the DeCast 600. The water inside is heated until all of the OmniFlow metal has melted and run-out. Work pieces and arbors remain on the element while the OmniFlow metal collects in the drip pan. After cooling off, the casting metal can be poured into the pot of the casting system (acucast-H) and immediately used again.
