acucast-H

On the casting system acucast-H the workpieces are fixed in the clamping (arbor). Previously thread onto a guide wire the workpieces are now positioned in the clamping (arbor) on the acucast-H. A compound with a melting point far below 100° Celsius covers the workpieces and cooled by air the compound hardens quickly. This process allows preparing the workpieces fast and easy for the further honing process.
